	X-over		AStri si è attrezzata has equipped its R&D division with state-of-the-art instruments for product development and testing. Every product features a peculiar original element. Alignment: AStri manufacturing system is based on an acoustics principle: the time alignment of the emission points of the speaker used. After selecting the best mechanical, electrical and acoustic filtering for the speakers, we built an emitting panel able to keep emission points aligned both vertically and according to distance. We aimed at obtaining the total time alignment thanks to the emission distance: therefore, we could use the most neutral possible filter, which doesn’t affect substantially the total phase. The sound is output from an exact point, coming out natural on the whole range to melt into the reconstruction of the stereo sound stage.
